I had worst experience with ienergizer Pvt ltd.since I joined this company as customer sales executive in Oyo rooms process in Gurgoan location.While working there, had no experience how to deal with stupid types of people who joined there as senior executive had not even knowledge about work and process.They treated as labour who hired to Clean the mess created by them.Some times customer is on call and they interrupted us while taking to the customer.Hr Management was pathetic.
I remember that day when Oyo rooms process was going to Shift to Noida location there is head branch of ienergizer.I dropped resignation cause I was not eligible to shift to the other process which is running there.
They told me if we would have any other process they we would let you know then I called them may times but every time they told me no hiring.I was from pilot batch who started working with this company when there were only 9 employees.We have initiated the process in Gurgoan Location.I don’t know is there any fault of mine.Why did they do this everyone..
I recommend to everyone to not go there and spoiled your future.
