Using this product for the last one year, it has excellent cooling with good air throw. The room gets chilled within 10 - 15 minutes and then we set the temperature at 25 - 26* C.
My flat is the top most floor in the apartment and is prone to heating from the top, in this context also, I would say that the cooling is unmatched.
The service back is also good and the service guys attended as soon as the calls were lodged at the call centre. This product is comparable to any best product available in the market in its category.
