NO RESPONSE FROM SERVICE

I purchased IFB 1.5 TON split AC-IACS18KA3TC on 30Aug2014. Due to poor service I got it installed on 05sep2014 that too after complaining so many times.


I was not given any demo also I complained so many times for facing some problems with my AC regarding compressor & less cooling but no response, even the phone numbers given by customer care,  dialing many times no one attends the phone.
