IFB ac does not work well company supply defective products through retailers. IFB does not have service facility in Patna Bihar and they does not respond to customers complain. It is to help customers to not buy IFB ACs. I bought 1.5 ton AC on 16th April and till 2nd May it is not operational and IFB is still not responding to complain.
Now retailer also giving bad feedback about company product and services. so at this point there is only solution to this is I will file case in district consumer forum to get compensation from cheater company.
