Within purchase of one year of our microwave oven thermostat is not working and body is getting rust . Completely defective peice.
After few months of purchase
Oven gets automatically shutdown when we are using it. We raised couple of complaints for same . Customer care service is not good initially they didn’t find any solution neither came to know what was the issue.. Finally the Last technician who visited told that thermostat is not working fine.Feel so bad to see the condition of our microwave oven now.within one year of purchase this performance of this IFB product we didn’t except.Very disappointed with product and all the customer care people whom I had conversation till now.
