Bought via IFB point in viman nagar Pune. After paying 12k, got the machine installed after 5 days! Utterly disappointed with the product within a week. Door doesn’t seem to close properly, makes horrible noise, and sparks were found during demo which were ignored. Then food was not getting warm properly even after a long time, generally find unreliable product.
