I log the complain on customer care on 24th september 2017 they were telling me technician will visit within 24 hour and 3 days gone no one visit on our address .
For the installation also person visit after 3 days a man visited and shouting on me and telling me u cannot read the manual for the installation.
Still problem is not solve and nobody visit at our address.
First time I bought this ifb product I will never ever prefer ifb product again
