I purchased the microwave oven from giriyas on 2/6/2015 and they told that the technician will visit in 2 days and will explain the functionality.
But when he visited and checked and found that they delivered a defective piece, and he raised complaint to IFB saying that it is not in working condition and need to be replaced with complaint ID: 15681841.
But till date no update from IFB and I called their customer care cell, but they are providing different numbers to contact and till date I got all service executive numbers of Bangalore but complaint not resolved .
List of numbers provided so far:
Customer Care number: 3900xxxx - no resolution
bangalore area executive: 937953xxxx: is cutting the phone.
regional executing: 962029xxxx: not responding
Service Manager: nirmala: 803058xxxx. phone rings that all
and still counting .
07/07/2015: I registered the complaint into CONSUMER CONEXION about the product and after that they started replying saying that they will replace the product but 2 days later they said that the Microwave stock is not there and now they are saying that they got delivered with wrong one to their bangalore office to replace, just fooling me again . I did not expect this from IFB . Dont go for IFB . .
