IFB Microwave Service - Sick

Very useful product. Yes paint get corroded and lamination on the touch buttons has gone. All this is OK. the most painful experience is Service by IFB. If you have any issues then just forget about it after logging a complaint with the customer care. They will just console you and promise to get the repair done by the next day but nobody comes for help. The heating tube bursted in my microwave. Now I have been following up from last one month but there has been no response. Please don’t go for IFB products.. After sale service is a pain :(
