Hello. I have got this product from amazon before 4 months. Every was good and working fine for 3 months and suddenly the bottoms have stopped working one by one. Most of tge bottom dont work now. The bowl provided with the microwace is also very bad. It got melt suddenly during the use.
The microwave material used is very poor. The bottoms are also poorly built. Moat of them has stopped working.
The microwave oven is abit heavy and bulky which makes it difficult in handling.
The look and design is quite good and simple. This is one of the main reason I have ordered it.
The service support is very bad. I tried searching their service center in my city but haven’t found a single one. I have tried calling and emailing then many time but got no response.
Worst experience.
