I bought this microwave some 3 years back. We unpacked the piece and to be our surprise the microwave was not working. Then started the struggle to get the service Guys to repair this product. Finally, after 2 weeks we got the service guy to repair this product. It worked well for another 2-2.5 years and now again the product not working. Again called the service guys, as per them, the Magnetron went off and total expense would be around 3 K for the repair.
Tell me, did I spend 9 K to buy this piece of junk which worked for hardly 2 year. Will never buy any IFB product and won’t recomment any IFB product to anyone..
