I was using a LG microwave for past 10 years. It was an excellent Machine, but the interior got rusted and I thought its is better to replace it. Upon research I found IFB at a reasonable rate. while their advertised rate was 14000 I got it for 8000 from TATACLIQ. I decided to purchase this as this was a good bargain.
Now the tragedy starts. This doesnt reheat food at all, The centre portion of the food never gets heated. Same for baknig as well. It never bakes the centre portion of the cake. If we heat for more time outside portion become hard. After checking the package I noticed that IFB import machines from china and just do rebranding. After contacting IFB care they promised to replace the Machine. but even after 1 month they didnt do anything. Now they are not even picking up my call. My advice to all, IFB washing Machines are good to go, But never buy anything else from IFB. After this incident, I even sold my few IFB shares(stock) which I held. How can a company with such bad products grow their earnings. Take informed decision while buying your next product.
