Purchased IFB 23SC3 Microwave oven last week.
Demo Engineer(Mr. Sumit 7011009834) doesn’t knew anything about the oven who came for installation.
Oven gets shut down after it runs for 5-10 mins every-time. Logged a complain for this(Complaint No. 1000492272) and IFB send the same Engineer again and he said product is working fine and he didn’t had the patience to wait for 10min to run the oven and check.
I called the Service Center and some guy mentioned that he will send some other Engineer today, but none came.
Really pissed off.
