I had ordered IFB microwave oven through flipkart and was very disappointed with IFB product. I had to replace the item thrice, 1st time there was external damage to the oven and other two replacements had internal manufacturing defects.
Thanks to flipkart’s moneyback guarantee. I will get a refund for what I paid, would have lost the same if purchased through a showroom. At the same time, online shopping is not so effective because you will not have personal touch and look of the product. At the above situation many would have given up and took back whatever they recieve since they would have got so much frustrated followingup with call centre and logistic guys every day.
I had to call back Flipkart many times to ensure the deliver is as per mentioned time and date. What you save as discount would have got adjusted in your telephone bills.
