This was the biggest mistake of my life! Had written my review for a diff product last time, so posting it again here.I ordered an IFB Microwave online around 2 months back. The first piece that was delivered to us was defective and made noise like a motor. It was simply impossible to use it as the noise was unbearable.We made a request for replacement.Making the request took around 1 weeks time due to stupid lame excuses made by the IFB care team.
Finally, the request was lodged and we were asked to visit the godown to exchange the product. We traveled around 40 kms to the godown, they took the defective piece and said a new piece would be delivered in 2 working days. After 2 days, a new piece was delivered to us. To our horror, this piece had several scratches and bodily damages. Paint had come out at a lot of spots and had prominent damages, broken pieces, scratches! Its been 15 days since this piece was delivered to us. We are still following up with the IFB care team, Service team, complaint team . But no response yet. Now, shamelessly, they have stopped responding to my calls either.
The excuses they have are mind blowing: the concerned person is busy and will talk to you later, and so on so forth.
