This is after I have bought IFB Washing maching machine and Microwave.
First of all they dont deliver it on time, inspite of full payment.
Second, they never send the demo person until we mke 4 calls
Third, the demo person wll ask wht u want to knw?
Four - they will never send a customer service person inspite of 10 calls to their call center or to their supreme global services.
Five - aftr he comes he will ask rudely tht too in kannada whr is the AMC agreement form? wht is the problem? The guy wll nvr speak any language other than the local language. Why dont they educate them with the language english or the national language of India ?
Six - he wll never repair it fully, bt do it half baked job, so that he can cme 10 times for servicing.
Seven -For AMC renewal if u make a single call, the nxt day mrng 8am the guy will knock at yr door. ??? Bec, for money, bt for service he will cme aftr 2 weeks that too after 5 calls.
For our microwave, the service person is tllg the concerned parts r not available so he has intermixed it with other model parts of IFB microwave. We have now to bear a blurring noice whenver we use the oven.
Never any Senior responsible person attends the calls nor gives any proper information. Which is a very shameful act on their side.
This is the same response we get from IFB service center for Washing Machine / Microwave.
For those who dont believe this, I am ready to furnish my IFB order details.
So dont ever think of buying any IFB product especially THE MICROWAVE - IT IS SIMPLY A WASTE.
