I bought IFB Microwave 25SCI from branch office at Pune under ICICI offer. Wherein I got DVD Player and Home Theatre as free gift alongwith microwave. First of all I didn’t get the specification of the free gift even after visiting branch office. No one bothered to demo the free gift. When the gifts delivered to my house, I was surprised to see lower model of the DVD player which was displayed at Branch office. Nothing was told about this. I thought it might be by mistake. I contacted and got the gift replaced. But when I opened the replaced piece, which was supposed to be box packed, it was totally covered with dust with a used music CD inside the DVD player. Seems like a used piece. I was told that it was the one which was kept for demo. Then I found that remote is a damaged one, of which 7-8 keys are not functioning. After calling branch office I was assured that someone will call me in 24 hrs but that didn’t happen. Now after almost 15 weeks I was being told that stock is not in place and they will call back in seven days. I am really fed up with this frequent troubles in delivery of items.
Also I was assured that I will be getting starter kit and cookery book with the oven. Which was not delivered to me
with oven. After enquiring I received cookery book by courier but didn’t get the starter kit yet. God knows when these guys will have things in stock.
The engineer who came for demo does not know about operations. He was consulting the operations manual for giving demo.. disgusting service..
