I have purchase my IFB microoven model no. 25DGSC1 at 13000/- 1 year ago from the city retailer due to the brand name and fame .but after using it for 6 months only I am finding many faults in this model.I t get stopped between the time .some time it’s display get hanged and I have to close it for correcting it.it also make some weired noise now a days.the service center of this company is also not present in my area.t he retailer who has sold me this brand has also droped the frenchisi so he is saying he cannot help me with this.i am really angry with the kind of service I am getting from this brand.
