I have a very bad experience with this product and IFB support have never helped.
We got error E02 during my first month of installation. Technician visited my place informed that this is common and we should not heat this much.
We almost stopped using heater. After some time, we started using it and it started tripping my mains. Called the technician again and this time he gave a big list of things which needs to be replaced for worth of Rs 3000/-.
Now, my one year warranty is gone and they are not honoring the three year warranty on cabinet and magnatron..
Pathetich product...
