Pathetic customerService . bad very bad after sal

From the day I bought IFB 30SC3 the door was very hard. When u open whole oven comes with it. Very poor light.


Now due to the hard door the inner hook of door is kind of broken. It does not work now.Its almost 3 months and the complaint is not taken care.


I keep on calling shameless customer service of IFB very bad service. Once in blue moon the services guy comes and says door hook needs to be replaced and they never come back. Now I make sure to tell then to get the hook before they come.


Now they have stopped coming. such silly fix is not being done by them.Shameless . have been following IFB since 3 months . Seems its better to throw it on the cheaters.Please please never go for their product. Very bad after sales service,


Even I have their washing machine. When something went wrong I called IFB. It was some minor error. HE said the board is shot circuit will have to replace. I said I got it replaced two week back then how is it possible.While disusing I turned my face to some other place. He took the chance and broke


some electronic part by pulling( and I saw it) and when I looked he said see its broken and it needs 300 RS to fix.


Man be ware with these cheaters. Literally I have yelled at customer service but no reply.I never write on blogs. I used to think who has time to do all these things. NOw I am getting time of by busy schedule to write my frustration and experience.NEVER NEVER go for their product.
