I purchased this product some times back. Let me just go ahead and point out it’s pros and cons:-
Pros:-
> 30l capacity. Ideal for a gig family.
> Multiple auto cook menus which are really very good and gives ease of use.
> Door hinges are very sturdy and doesn’t gives you a feel of poor quality. If you by chance open the door while the machine is working, then the machine will stop working at that moment and you’ll have to hit start again.
Cons:-
> Buttons are very laggy. Since it’s not a push button panel, you need to touch it properly to make the keys work which sometimes might not work.
> The grill feature doesn’t work. I’ve tried to use it for grilling but that function doesn’t seems to work.
> Convection doesn’t seem to have enough power for the big interior space.
> If you use it for around an hour or so, it gets super hot. So much you can warm up veggies on top of it.
> Customer service is very poor. I had to make multiple calls to get demo.
> Since the convection is not upto the mark(like with samsung or LG), I pretty much use it’s microwave function to reheat vegetables, make maggie etc.
At the end I’ll say that look for other alternatives like in samsung or LG or whirlpool as they might give a value to money because this one may be fine but it’s just not worth that much money.
