The turn table broke within one week of purchase of oven while I was baking at 200 degrees. very bad response from customer care, instead of solving the problem they were blaming me for its breakage. the informed that it won’t come under warranty and I have to purchase one at Rs1000. I said I am ready to purchase but I want technician to come and demonstrate before I use it again.its 2months since and there is no further response from their side. I have been using LG microwave for past 10 years and baking in it and I have no problem with that till now. Plate tray rotating ring support roller which came with the machine was found bent.
totally disappointed with the product and company service
