I have a IFB microwave 30 SC for last 2 years. It is a bad product and the thing conked off twice during the last 2 years. The after sale service is poor and very costly. Both the times the display panel was changed and it costed me about 7000 rs for that. Which is equivalent for a new oven. How come the parts are so costly as compared to the whole product.
First you supply bad quality product to the customer and then make money on supplying spare parts. Second time the person came for changing the display panel, he could not set it right since the new panel was also defective. he kept the oven in open condition and returned with another panel after 3 weeks despite repeated calls. I think the company should compensate all the consumers for the misery they had to go through while using its products.
