I purchased all IFB higher end Kitchen appliances for my new home. We are only three people at home. This microwave started requiring repairs within few months. Initially I was told that there wasn’t enough ventilation. But latter I was told that it need a stabilizer. This is going on. Out of two years it is Out of order for nearly one year and I have spent more than Rs 20, 000/- It is right now not working. There customer care toll free is useless. Ther after sales is worst. Ideally this company should stop manufacture and should stop cheating people. Worst experience with costly products. I appeal all never to buy any IFB product.
