I have purchased IFB 38SRC1 on 9th may 2016 but sorry to say despite our several reminder follow up by phone for home demo but till now no body came for demo.
One person came but he refused to give the demo and he told I am technician I don’t know about cooking system, first time I saw this model. he is taken only a photograph with oven and go back. As per company policy a person will come to give demo but till today date noone has come.
Don’t know why they give policy like this when they just can’t fullfill.
