We bought this IFB machine 17 years ago. Its a front loading machine. Need I speak about durability and reliability? The only reason it started having problems now is because Delhi water has too much salt . We de-scale the machine but together combined with the age, I think now is the time to give up and put this machine to rest.
I have so much Trust in IFB products now. We are very happy with this product and I won’t think twice before buying this product again. Different model of’course since this one is not manufactured anymore. Servicing is also good. We had contract renewed so many times. Never faced any problem. Easy to operate. I could operate it even as a kid. I would recomment IFB products to everyone.
