IFB front loading washing machines is the beautiful and a Good automatic washing machine, the washing machine and it comes with so good to use, easy features like stay in less time washing clothes more different wash programs like cotton, mixed fabrics, woolen and gender for you can choose any of these programs according to your own good glad minded them. Excellent working of this machine is awesome.
But once the problem is come very difficult to service, the Worst customer service by IFB I have been using the IFB washing machine since 2005. I have purchased two years annual maintenance also, I had registered a complaint about my washing machine not working, The customer care told that within 24 hrs the technical representative would be resolving the issue. One service technician came and said that a part has to be replaced and that he would come back replace.
It’s almost two months and nobody has attended the complaint everyday I call customer care two months after come fix the problem, but Again, I am facing a problem I can’t understand why the technicians are not resolving the problem properly, now I IFB sales services are not satisfactory.
