IFB Service Issues

Customer service is waste. IFB I have is in AMC, given a complaint 2 weeks back as I am getting shock from the washing machine. After following with the call center for 5 times they have sent the engineer and he couldn’t identify the problem. He promised within 2 days he would send a senior technician would solve this issue but no one turned up so far. Without resolving the problem they closed the ticket and every time I call they create a new ticket


Event I spoke to Praveen the vendor contact in Chennai and even after that nothing worked out. They take money for AMC from customer giving high promises but nothing is in practice


THEYDON’T HAVE ESCALATION POC WHEN CUSTOMER ISSUES ARE NOT ADDRESSED; I HAVE EVEN MAILED TO CUSTOMER CARE GLOBAL MAIL ID AS PER THE ADVICE FROM CALL CENTER GUYS. BUT ALL WASTE, NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN. PLANNING TO BUY A NEW WASHING MACHINE
