It’s been 6 months since their personnel came for a checkup and screwed up our washing machine. Later when we asked should we dump the machine and buy a new one we were told that there should be no need and they will replace parts after purchasing some warranty.
We did purchase the warranty and since then nobody wants to replace any parts. Everytime a support complaint is raised and the engineer comes and tells the same story that some parts are gone bad and they need to be replaced. They never bring the parts or have any intent of replacing them.
