I have bought this product from flipkart on september 2017.The installation date was given as 25th September but no body from IFB turned up .The installation has been done on 3rd October after I have escalated the issue in IFB.The problem is that the authorised service centre from IFB doesn’t care about the customer rather they are interested in selling trolly and cover for the washing machine.I have highlighted this to IFB but they have not done anything on this.May be the product is good but it was a horrible experience to get the machine installed.I will suggest all of you think 1000 time before you buy an IFB product .The service is aweful and the technicians are uneducated and do not have courtesy to deal with customer.
