This is one of the biggest shame of this company, I had given complaint last 3 weeks for washing machine service called for customercare and they are telling there is no any complaint for particular registered mobile No, later I said now at least take the complaint later a lady took complaint and gave me a complaint no for future use, I shouted on the girl very badly since I am not getting service for past 3 weeks, later she gave mobile No of manager, later when I called him he said he will connect with the particular service person of specific district, once I had talk with that person he said I will send the service guy, the sham less service guy came and said there is some problem in door I will replace the door . I will come after 2 days, since then I am trying to call the service person he is saying door is coming from Mumbai it will take time, now its more than 1 month . calling up these shameless people multiple times no response. I think this is the worst service given by Indian Fine Blanks company, never ever buy any product form these shameless people . who ever CEO of this company should look into this service issue at earliest . I Strongly recommend no one should buy there products .
