I bought an IFB Washing Machine less than a year back. There was a leakage problem from the door in 6 months time and now there is an extreme vibration with a panel gap in the machine. I called up the customer care and lodged a complaint around 5 days back and till today they have no clue when the technician will visit my place. I do not have any option but to wait endlessly for the technician to visit and check the fault. This is a 2nd fault in less than 1 year. The after sales service suck badly. If you need peace in life please do not buy IFB washing machine ever
