Ifb is fraud company, I bought IFB 9 KG washer 7 KG Dryer 4 years back for Rs. 65000 and it became faulty. Ifb commitment was to provide 10 years spare support(big sticker pasted on machine claiming 10 years spare support, photo attached) but they refused to repair the washin machine saying company is not manufacturing spares and will not support. I logged complains three four times. I got area manager Santosh who committed to me that he will arrange 50% discount on new machine if I buy. Now after one week, either his number is always busy or he doesn’t pick up the call. I file case in consumer court, they are fraud and cheater
