Initially got a ticket number and some person called for demo, we told we will not be available in home during day time and asked to come after 6pm. But person told that their working time is till 6pm only, does this mean no one will purchase who wont be available at home during day time or this shows how the company treats its customers? That ticket was closed without our knowledge after 1-2 days. We again checked with the showroom where we purchased, new ticket was raised.
Called customer care multiple times to only hear that concerned person will contact within 24 hours. Greatly worried about the after service by seeing this situation.
