IFB machines are cheap, China made machines for which their own technicians completely unaware of what parts and they themselves state that they are China made and cannot stand by the quality of this machine.
Worst product and service ever. My machine was not spinning when I booked the complaint. Now they have screwed it up so much that it doesn’t even wash!
