Just bought AW6501SB washing machine after a long research of products but I was not aware of services of the ifb. I bought this on 20 may and company’s technician came on 23 may after making thousand calls to customer care. Even they just give you only assurance not any guarantee.
Ultimately technician reached but unfortunately he only knew to connect wires and pipes, rest of the programming for him was like aliens world so I called up my own technician for the briefing of functions. My suggestion is to book your own technician before buying IFB products rest of the things are normal, works properly.
Don’t call their customer care because it’s settled in Andhra Pradesh and they are not well versed in Hindi and English ..and I would say they are one of the worst living creatures in this world, they don’t listen your words , only prefer to suggest options ........and finally their franchises works only for visits with any boundaries of time period promised by company.
