I had entered into an AMC with IFB on 17/6/15(copy attached). Unfortunately, the IFB microwave oven model no. 30SRC1 developed some problems on 24/6/15. I had made a telephonic complain to the customer care numbers.
Some technician came next day and told us that the microwave needs to be taken to the service centre. No body turned up on that day. On calling up the service center, some technician turned up on Saturday and started taking the microwave without giving any kind receipt.
On asking for a receipt, he said that he has forgotten the service book and is willing to write on a slip of paper. When I refused to his conditions, he went away and nobody has bothered to turn up till today(28 days have passed since the microwave is not working). I have been calling up the so called “HIGHER UPS”. All they returned with an answer was that some PCB has blown which needs to be replaced and it has been ordered from their GOA office. What rubbish, the PCB is yet to turn up even after 28 days. So much for the IFB service.
Please do not buy IFB Products. They are taking the customers for a ride. They do not have any after sale service.
