Shameless Service Personnel and Miserable Service.

Machine behaved erratically during its warranty period and we registered a complaint vide Com # 12457161 on Feb 24, 2014.


Technician from Mr Rajkumar’s team 9844227580(Contractor for service) visited and said the PCB had gone faulty and removed the same for replacement.


We called Mr Ravi 9945070414 who is above Mr Rajkumar after couple of days waiting and were told within 24 hrs the machine will be repaired. Nothing happened and we kept waiting.


So called Mr Bharat who is from IFB(Mob #9379037006) and narrated the whole incidence and the next day on 3rd March were told that the PCB has been handed over to the  service engineer and will be replaced. On calling Rajkumar we were told the PCB has not arrived.


After lot of follow up with no results called the Branch office and spoke to Nirmala who rudely disconnected the phone twice.


Since the last 16 days we have called at all levels and are told the PCB is not in stock and will be replaced once it is available. Today after 16 days the machine remains as is. No update from IFB.


We have ended up wasting almost 150 phone calls several hours of follow up, paid heavily to get the clothes cleaned from dry cleaners. To top it all the mental tension.


Is this IFB service? Some senior person should investigate the delay. Does IFB not have a spare part for a machine which still is under warranty?


IFB Service stinks. NEVER BUY AN IFB PRODUCT.
