I am using IFB washing machine. Suddenly one day onwards, big sound was heard while spinning. We reduced the load and still the same problem was there. So we called up the customer care. During that time we were in the guarantee period. No one attended to our machine though we called up complaining several times.
Around the time after our machine was out of guarantee period, your representative called up telling that our machine is out of guarantee period and that for fixing any problem they would charge us. After arguing over that, she agreed to send someone and fix up the problem stating that she would consider our complain in extended warranty. However, no one turned up. We were so frustrated and we bought a Samsung machine and are currently using that.
My sister also had the same machine and the dealer had sold them an old, rusted machine. The whole utility room used to fill up with water from the machine. It took her 2 months to get it changed.
I registered a complain on their site also, but no one responded.
Their service is very bad and I would recommend no one to buy the IFB products.
