IFB is one organization that is only bothered about selling their product along with Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and NOT AT ALL bothered of after sales service.
Washing machine is not working since July 14th 2014 and the same is informed to the concerned through their customer service call center as well as via email. various reminders were sent to them on facebook as well as on email along with multiple calls. Nobody is bothered and is still unattended. The company has collected money in the form of AMC and the AMC is valid until December 2014. I personally visited their company and gave complaint to Venkatesh. He promised that the same will be attended at the earliest. he also gave me his boss Manojs contact details. I did call Manoj and informed him the situation. Yet no response from the company.
What I have noticed is that the company is only interested in accumulating the customers money and are not worried of servicing the products. wondering....... what do i do now ?????
They are happy to accumulate complaints and not in resolving.
