I got a comprehensive AMC done from IFB service provider in Gurgaon. (M/s Excellent Service). However during the entire AMC they have not come even once for checking the machine condition As per guidelines from IFB helpline I have called them up 0124-4202856 but they have not responded.
The Lady on the phone deserves a World Championship Gold medal for RUDENESS. They are a blot on reputation of IFB & such partners will ensure closure of IFB company. Today I really feel regret that I have recommended IFB product to many of my friends.
I really feel that IFB people feel that they have already sold too many machines and it is the high time they stop.
