Before buying this machine I had heard a lot about good quality of IFB washing machines so I decided and I have bought IFB 6Kg Digital Washing machine in Nov’07. First 3 months it gave very good duty in cleaning & drying of clothes. Then suddenly since Feb 09 it has started making very loud noise just like a helicopter . The noise use to be so loud that when machine use to be in Spin cycle stage we had to shut the doors of the room where it is being kept .Till date my problem is not solved . I made many complaints service people came , saw the machine and go but never really solved the problem.
After many complaints in the call center we started making call to their servicing agency named Perfect Cooling Services and worst thing is even after calling up for thousand times my problem is still unsolved till date 05 Dec 09. And since last 2 days machine is not working at all . Since it was in Warranty when the problem occurred. I requested for replacement if they are unable to solve the problem , that is also denied. Today it is not more than a nightmare for us .
