I bought an IFB washing machine and a kitchen hob. Both look sleek and feel premium. The washing machine runs smoothly most of the time, and the build quality definitely feels better than a lot of cheaper brands. The hobs flame control is excellent, and it gives my kitchen a nice modern look.
However, the service experience has been frustrating. When my washing machine suddenly stopped mid-cycle after about six months, it took me four days just to get through to customer care. They promised a technician would visit within 24 hours but he came after almost a week. Then he said a part needed replacement, which took another 10 days to arrive. During this time, there were no proper updates unless I kept calling and following up myself.
