I was unfortunate to buy the IFB senator washing machine. The machine broke down within warranty period and 2 weeks later and after about a 100 phone calls later I am still no closer to get it fixed. Horrible service levels. Th service centre is clueless and they give other nos to cal. These other nos are mostly useless as people simply dot pick up the phone or just lie on the phone .oh we will get it fixed tommorow.he should be any time now.etc etc.
There was this call centre guy who was rude also - some guy called sayyed. First buy a poor product and then deal with their poor service.
Really shameful service standards. I Want to let people who are planning to buy their products know so they stay away unless they want to test yur luck
I wish I had the email of their CEO so I could let them know how poor their performance is.
I guess the only way would be complaining to consumer courts. There should be some way to penalise such companies.
