IFB has the worst customer care I had ever seen in my life. I thought to go with IFB as it is a pioneer in Washing Machine Product. But even after spending 32K and to buy the best machine available in the market Digital SX 6KG, I started getting trouble in the very next month. I made a complaint on 14th Jan 2012 but since then no one had ever cared about my problem. Machine is not at all working and I do have a 3 months old baby, but IFB people never cared about it. I called the customer nearly 4-5 times till now since Jan 14, 2012. It is Feb 09th 2012 today and there is NO CALLS from them.
NOTE: I will recommend everyone NOT TO BUY ANY IFB PRODUCT, because not only their product but their customer care service is pathetic. My brothter who is a lawyer in Supreme court had asked me to move to Consumer Forum soon. Hope I will get some solutions.
