I purchased this model like four years back and during the purchase I have been recommended by my relative to buy this model as they were extremely happy with the performace of the machine. I purchased this machine from Jayam and co. and the machine was delivered on time and the service personel came to demonstrate the euipment next day and was very eloborate.
I have been no rather my wife has been using this machine for the last four years and we are totaly happy with the machine and during this four years we only had very few minor issues which was attended at the earliest by IFB service agents in a timely manner.
I would strongly suggest this machine to any new buyer. Moreover at present this one of the best Indian washing machine available in the market.
