When IFB in repair, company will cheat customer

IFB machine is good and user friendly.But if there any maintenance problem comes the company people will make us to call to register the complaint.within no time one representative will come and register your complaint and indirectly force us to join for annual maintenance contract(AMC).The Rate of AMC is Rs.1978/-.Then they will tell us to call them after 45 days.Here Starts the drama.We will call the costomer service(24 HRS costomer care -Dial 18604255678/39004321).After 30 or 40 calls we will get connection.if we force them or shout not being done the work they will give the mobile No of MR.Sivarajan 9710446804 or Mr.Vidya ganesan 9710446801 supposed to be the MD of Dealer/service center in Chennai.If you call them they never pick the phone.


Dear friends in city life, both husband and wife will be working and school going children also will be there.Just imagine cloths with out washing for many days.some areas laundry may not be available.So their AMC seems to be real cheating.Please pass to all your friends not to fall in like this trap by a ’prestigious’ company and dealers.-by a customer who is suffering from company’s indifference attitude to wards service.
