I raised a complaint for service for my washing machine. The service person who called was very rude. He wasn’t willing to accommodate timing for working customer. He said he can come only at 4:30pm so am not sure if IFB expects their customers to quit their jobs and sit at home . Even after multiple requests for a suitable timing on Saturday morning, he wasn’t responsive saying he has office.
Overall hopeless service from such a renowned brand. I wish there was a negative rating for their service
