They discontinue manufacturing/importing of models of electronics and then claim parts are not available. For a Rs 200 Switch I was asked to discard my Rs 15, 000 Microwave oven. Horrible response from service centre also. Rude and uncooperative after sales service. I will never buy a IFB product. The service centre closes the complaint without any written or digital confirmation. Very unprofessional after sales.
