Poor customer service

Very bad product. Poor customer service. We bought this since the previous model senorita was working good in my In law’s house.We purchased in Chennai Jainsons in May 2006.


Unfortunately I was forced to renew my warranty up to 2010 for extra 2K.


This  Model breaks down almost every month. We had to make several calls still nobody turned on. Last month in October water leaked out from washing machine and filled out the whole apartment. This was second time after a guy came in and fixed it. Called the customer service. They promised to send some body. We begged, threatened still nobody turned out. After one week the service center closed the ticket that it is working. Found that and asked them to create a ticket. Still nobody has attended sofar when I am writing this for the past 25 days. This is not the first time they are doing. I am planning to go to the consume court.
